Set up your business profile
Sign in with Google, add your business details, set a persona and choose who can operate Wamin. Upload an Excel template if needed.

Connect your group
Enter the invitation link, choose a plan, and complete payment. The bot joins after payment is verified; a group admin approves the join request if needed. Send the activation code from your admin account in the group to link it to your website account.

Send order details to the group, review drafts and proposed changes, and request a report when you need it.

Understand what Wamin does and how it works.
Does Wamin read all my WhatsApp chats?
Wamin's records and AI only process messages in an activated group. Private messages are not forwarded to AI or saved as business records. Send information you want recorded to that active group.
Does every message become an order?
No. Ordinary conversation can stay a conversation. When asked to record an order, Wamin prepares a draft for an authorized member to review and approve. Messages can be misunderstood, so check the details before approving.
Do I need a new WhatsApp number?
No. Wamin uses one shared bot number. It joins using an invitation link after payment is verified. An admin must approve the join request if the group requires it. A group admin activates the bot by sending a code from the website.
Can I use my own Excel template?
Yes. Wamin supports .xlsx templates up to 4 MiB. Set the sheet, header row, and first data row; use the column names in your recording instructions. Without a template, reports use the record fields.
Does Wamin verify customer payments?
Wamin helps record customer payments. Messages and transfer receipt photos do not automatically prove that funds arrived. Your business admin checks the payment before approving its record. Paying for a Wamin subscription is a separate transaction.
How do I get started with Wamin?
Sign in with Google, set your persona and operator mode, then provide your group invitation link. Choose a plan and complete payment. Once the bot joins, send the activation code from your WhatsApp admin account. To save a record, reply to its proposal with “approve”.
